Closes the K3 Utility.
Linux Only. The File Menu is currently empty on OS X.
The Quit menu item on Mac OS X is under the Application menu. (Command-Q)
Opens an Edit Command Macros dialog where you may enter button text and a command for each of the Macro buttons on the Command Tester page. This menu item is enabled when the Command Tester page is active.
Opens an Edit CW Memories dialog where you may enter button text and a message for each of the Macro buttons on the Terminal page. This menu item is enabled when the Terminal page is active and the CW radio button is selected.
Opens an Edit RTTY Memories dialog where you may enter button text and a message for each of the Macro buttons on the Terminal page. This menu item is enabled when the Terminal page is active and the RTTY radio button is selected.
A carriage return/line feed sequence is represented by [CRLF].
Opens an Edit PSK 31 Memories dialog where you may enter button text and a message for each of the Macro buttons on the Terminal page. This menu item is enabled when the Terminal page is active and the PSK 31 radio button is selected.
An ASCII new line character is represented by [NL].
When selected, a number of check boxes are shown on the Firmware page that are not normally required for firmware update. These check boxes are generally used by Elecraft for development, manufacturing, and test.
When selected, additional diagnostic messages are added to the Firmware page's Activity Log.
Displays Help for the K3 Utility.
Displays notes describing recent firmware changes. This information comes from the "hfwnotes.rtf" file that is copied to your firmware folder whenever new firmware files are copied from the Elecraft file server.
To print the firmware release notes, open the "hfwnotes.rtf" file (located in your firmware folder) using a Rich Text editor such as the WordPad Accessory program provided with Microsoft Windows and print from that program's File menu.
Shows the K3 Utility version number and copyright information. Click "View License Agreement" for the software license agreement shown during K3 Utility installation.
