DSP2 or DVR check boxes disabled or Installed in K3 column says "N/A"

The KRX3 Second Receiver Option and/or KDVR Digital Voice Recorder Option must be installed and "enabled" using the K3 front panel CONFIG menu. See Option Module Enables in the Configuration section of the K3 Owner's Manual.
